Telephone bookings remain firm for a period of five working
days.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed
booking form.
A £100 deposit is required to secure your
booking.
The full payment must be made 4 weeks prior to your stay.
Please make cheques payable to Cynthia Stevens and
send to Codsend, Wheddon Cross, Minehead, Somerset TA24 7AT.
The deposit will be returned to you in full (assuming there
are no breakages etc!) within 7 days of your return home.
The cottage is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival
to 12 noon on the final day
of the letting period.
Please do not arrive early as we need time to prepare your
accommodation.
If for any reason it is not possible to take up the reservation
the whole rent is payable.
If however sufficient notice is given to enable the cottage
to be re-let your money will
be returned, less a handling charge of £25, the deposit and
any expenses incurred.
